Stained glass mosaics (various sizes and designs) starting at $100 (plus tax for Texas residents) (shipping available).

Payment:

Payment can be made using credit cards through PayPal. Once you select your mosaic, I will send you an email with a PayPal Invoice. It is simple and secure.

Technique:

Each stained glass mosaic mandala is created from hundreds of pieces of hand cut colored art glass. Sometimes accents are added including fused glass, embossed glass, and/or translucent millefiori. Each piece of glass is glued to a circle of clear plate glass that is framed with zinc. After the design is complete and the glue is dry, black grout is applied carefully to fill the spaces between the pieces of colored glass. After the grouting process is finished and the grout has dried, the mandala is polished. A hanging chain is attached to the zinc frame and the mandala is signed.

Each stained glass mandala is truly a labor of love taking many hours to complete. Each is a unique piece of art. Designs are inspired from many sources including the great rose windows of Europe, nature, kaleidoscopes, sacred geometry and modern day crop circles.
